Frequently Asked Questions
What happens when I reach my monthly limit?
Once you have used all your analyses for the month, you can upgrade to a higher tier or wait until your next billing cycle resets your allowance. There are no automatic overage charges.
Do unused analyses roll over?
Yes. Unused monthly analyses roll over into the next billing cycle, up to a maximum of twice your monthly allowance. On a 20-analysis plan that means your balance can reach 40. Pay-as-you-go credits do not expire and can be used at any time.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, your remaining credits carry over and your new allocation is added on top. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, with your current credits unchanged until then.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payments are processed securely and we do not store your card details.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel anytime from your account settings. No cancellation fees. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
